Eligibility and Priority

Howard Community College students who are registered for six credits or more receive first priority in preschool enrollment at the Children's Learning Center.  Staff and faculty of HCC receive second priority.   All remaining slots are open to community members.  The preschool program is designed for children 24 months through 5 years of age.

Enrollment Process

• Schedule a guided tour.  Please call the director of the Children's Learning Center, Kim Pins, at 410-772-4150.
• Complete and submit a Registration Form.  A nonrefundable registration fee equal to one week's tuition will need to be submitted at this time.
• Download and submit the following online forms to the Children's Learning Center.  These forms cannot be submitted online, as they require signatures.
