Co-Head Coach: Steve Musselman
Steve Musselman has been head coach of track and field since 1985 when he created the program. He and Co-Head Coach Errick Henlon have been working together since since 1998. Steve has been named Coach of the Year eight times. In 2004, he and Errick were named the NJCAA Division 3 National Coach of the Year for their fourth-place finish.
In 2007; he and Coach Henlon served as meet director for the NJCAA National D-III National Outdoor Championships. The season ended with Steve and Coach Henlon being named National Men's Coach of the Year.
Steve had his Level I Coaches Certification from the USATF. His background is in the distance events.

Co-Head Coach: Errick Henlon
Errick begins his ninth year as co-head coach of the men and women's track program. He has 25 years of coaching experience at the high school and college level. Coach Henlon is highly respected for his experiences in sprinting and hurdling. He has his certification as a USATF Level I Coach. Errick serves as the intramural and league director at Howard Community College.
