About Erin Erin completed her Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Kinesiology- Athletic Training in 2000. Following undergraduate school, she pursued her Masters degree in Sport and Recreation Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. During graduate school, Erin was the assistant athletic trainer at Gwynedd Mercy College, in Gwynedd Valley, PA. In the Fall of 2002, Erin received a graduate internship at the Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks, and was employed by the department following graduation. During that time, she was a program assistant in the Sports and Adventure Division, and worked per diem in athletic training. In August 2004, she began working with Union Memorial Sports Medicine in Baltimore, and was contracted to Howard Community College to provide athletic training services for the college’s 9 intercollegiate athletic teams. She is also adjunct faculty for the Health Sciences Division at HCC.

For Student Athletes Treatments and injury evaluations should be scheduled with the athletic trainer ahead of time. If you require pre-practice taping or treatment, please arrive in the athletic training room at least one hour prior to your scheduled event. In most cases, student-athletes should have preventative bracing as well. Any equipment issued to the student-athlete (i.e. - crutches, ace wraps, braces), must be returned to the athletic training room following use. Before participating in a sport each athlete must have: - Physical Form
