Dear Parents and Students:

You are invited to participate in the 2015 Summer Institute.  The dates for the 2015 Summer Institute will be from July 6 – July 31.  Classes will meet from 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, with the exception of Friday, August 1.  On this day, there will be no daytime classes.  Instead, there will be a Student Awards Ceremony and a Banquet for students and families.  This event is considered to be an important part of the program and the student is expected to attend.

If you wish to attend the 2015 Summer Institute, please submit your application as soon as possible.  The deadline for the applications will be March 31, 2015.  No applications will be accepted after this date.  

After the student is accepted into the program, a tuition fee of $650.00 (inside Howard County) or $660.00 (outside Howard County) will be charged for the Project Access Summer Institute .   Scholarship money will be available for students in financial need.

All forms must be completely filled out and included in the application package (except the Student Evaluation Form) .
No incomplete applications will be considered.
