Student email addresses are now in the format firstname.lastname@howardcc.edu

What does this mean for you?

• Your HCC login ID has NOT changed.  (jsmith1234, for example)  You will continue to login to email, HCC computers, and other services in the same manner as before.
• Your password has NOT changed. 
• If you had an account in the previous format (jsmith1234@howardcc.edu) it will continue to receive email.  However, your messages will be sent in the new format of firstname.lastname@howardcc.edu
• You can look up your email address in HCC Express under Credit/Undergraduate Menu, Academic Profile, My Student Profile
• If you use your smart phone to access your HCC student email you may need to adjust settings.  Please see these guidelines.
• Faculty and staff email addresses have NOT changed.
