Here at the Athletic and Fitness Center, we try to provide not just for our students, but to the people of our neighborhood and the state of Maryland. There are sure to be hours where you can come and have a good workout, take a class for better fitness, wellness or fun.  Become familiar with our policies before you come to the Center.

Being a coach is hard. What's harder is locating a place to have your team practice or stage a special event. Here at the AFC we provide a place where you can use a space for certain times depending on schedule availability. The Center is available for athletic contests and limited practices only.

The Athletic and Fitness Center Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  After hours, please check the Tech Office or with a Lobby Monitor for assistance.  The Center will close 30 minutes after the last scheduled activity.  Click on the Hours link for more specific facility hours.

In case of emergencies, there are red security phones located throughout the Center.  Just pick them up and you will be connected directly to Security.
