Here at the Athletic and Fitness Center, we try to provide not just for our students, but to the people of our neighborhood and the state of Maryland. There are sure to be hours where you can come and have a good workout, take a class for better fitness, wellness or fun.  Become familiar with our policies before you come to the Center. General Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  After 5 p.m, please check with the front lobby desk monitor for assistance.  The Center closes 30 minutes after the last scheduled activity.  

In case of emergencies, there are red phones located throughout the Center connected directly to Security.
