New Student Orientation
New students are encouraged and expected to attend New Student Orientation, and are invited to attend an orientation session specially tailored to the needs of their majors. Chat with faculty in your academic division, meet new and experienced students, and learn about the resources that will INSPIRE your success at Howard Community College!
At New Student Orientation, you will learn about:
- Important on campus resources
- What to expect while pursuing your desired major/goal
- Essential online services
- Getting involved
- Being a successful student

Check-in and activities for these sessions will begin promptly on the 4th floor of the Rouse Company Foundation (RCF) building.
Students may RSVP until Fri. January 19th.
IMPORTANT! You only need to attend one orientation session. Please arrive on time to your orientation session. Plan to arrive early to avoid long lines.
