Your place for help with technology
The HCC Technology Help Desk provides a single point of contact for students, faculty, and staff to get timely help with their technology needs. We provide friendly and efficient support for setting up your login account, accessing and using myHCC, wireless Internet access, HCC email, Canvas, Colleague, Microsoft Office, and many other areas.
We also arrange onsite technical services provided by the extended Information Technology team, including support for classroom, lab and office computer equipment and software, as well as for the college telephone system, website and network infrastructure.
