Culinary Management - A.A.S. Degree (Career)
HCC's Center for Hospitality and Culinary Studies (CHCS) offers an associate degree career program in culinary management that provides students with a solid academic foundation, essential business and technical knowledge, and hands-on skills training in culinary arts and foodservice operations. Industry accreditation by both the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation and the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA) adds further marketplace value for CHCS graduates.
