Introduction to Self-Defense Principles *NEW*
This course is based on a real world program used by military, law enforcement and professional security personnel to teach enhanced skills for personal safety and self-defense. It will include a discussion of strategies for reducing your risk of becoming a “target”, practicing situational awareness, and being alert to and recognizing circumstances that may be clues to a potential problem. In today’s world of distractions (cell phone, busy agendas, etc.), it is easy to be inattentive to your surroundings. This course will encourage you to focus and learn self-defense management strategies. Note: the class is offered in a discussion format, not physical training. Instructor Dan Murphy is a former military and law enforcement professional.
Tuition: $99** (includes $40 in fees*)
