Mission Statement
The mission of the Howard Community College Educational Foundation is to raise funds which support students, programs and the facilities of Howard Community College with the intent of fully realizing the mission of the college and continually advancing the stature of the college.

The HCC Educational Foundation (HCCEF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation that provides funds for scholarships, grants, cultural and curriculum development, facilities and equipment, and programs and activities that benefit the college.  Established in 1978, the Foundation supports the college's mission to "make HCC’s programs the best they can be and to make learning accessible to all regardless of financial status."  The dedicated support of our HCCEF benefactors, who play a significant role in helping us address the needs of current and future generations, makes this educational vision a reality.

There are many ways to give through the HCC Educational Foundation.  We welcome gifts of all types and sizes, as each one supports our commitment to enrich the educational experience at Howard Community College.
