An exceptional tasting of distinctive international wines to fund HCC student scholarships.

The Howard Community College Educational Foundation and Decanter Fine Wines are sponsoring VINO SCHOLASTICO, an exceptional tasting of distinctive wines to fund HCC student scholarships Saturday, May 2, 2009 from 7-10:00 p.m. on the 4th floor of The Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall on campus.  All proceeds benefit the HCCEF Scholarship Endowment Fund.  In addition to a tasting of over 50 fine wines, guests can enjoy gourmet hors d'oeuvres, desserts and discount prices for on-site ordering of favored samples.  Event tickets are $75 per person. The VINO SCHOLASTICO raffle features a grand prize of VIP tours and tastings in California wine country, and other great prizes for those who want to take a chance to give students a chance.  Raffle tickets are $50 each or 3 for $125 and only 500 will be sold.  Raffle tickets are also on sale at either Decanter Fine Wines or HCC or purchase online, and the winners will be drawn at the event.
