Proceeds from the raffle and the Grand Prix benefit Howard Community College Educational Foundation scholarships for students.
Winning raffle tickets will be drawn at the Howard Community College Grand Prix on Saturday, September 21, 2013.
Prize only, no cash equivalent. To participate you must be 21 years of age or older. Winner need not be present to win. All taxes, registration and delivery are the responsibility of the winner. Price of the ticket is not deductible as a charitable contribution as outlined in the Internal Revenue Code.
