Each year, a number of interesting and exciting events take place at Howard Community College.  Some of these are fundraising events that provide valuable support for student scholarships and program operating funds.  The multitude of offerings include special events sponsored by the HCC Educational Foundation, Rep Stage and Student Alumni Arts theatrical productions, musical performances, art gallery exhibits, lectures, and much, much more.

HCC's Nursing Recognition and Commencement Exercises

Come to campus and share in the festivities with the Class of 2008.  The Nurses' Pinning Ceremony begins at 11 a.m., and Commencement begins at 4 p.m.  HCC's 2008 Distinguished Alumni will be introduced at Commencement.

New York City Bus Trip
Saturday, December 6, 2008, 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Join fellow alumni and friends on a day trip to New York City.  Enjoy the spirit of the season and do some holiday shopping, take in a show, go out to eat or do it all!  Buses will depart from HCC , Lot A, at 7:00 a.m. and arrive in Manhattan at approximately 11:00 a.m.  For the return trip, buses will depart from Manhattan at 7:00 p.m., arriving back at HCC at about 11:00 p.m.  Cost is $40 per person for Alumni & Friends Association Lifetime Members and $50 per person for all others.  Seating is limited so reserve your seat today!
