A Track Record of Student Success

Meet some of our students and alumni who are Getting There From Here.

A Campus That's the Envy of the Region

As an integral part of a vibrant Howard County, our flagship Columbia campus reflects a community with very high standards. From the stunning Horowitz Center for the Visual and Performing Arts to our well-appointed classrooms, athletic facilities and wellness center, beautiful quad, library and more, it’s no wonder why first-time visitors can’t believe this is a two-year college.

  • The Quad is the center of campus, where students meet to catch up with friends, enjoy lunch, play a pickup football game, or listen to an impromptu jam session.
  • RCF Hall
The Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall is our one-stop-shop for students, housing the Cafe on the Quad, Bookstore, Test Center, Cashiers Office, and offices of Admissions & Advising; Financial Aid Services; Records, Registration & Veterans Affairs; and much more.
  • Cafe on the Quad
The Cafe on the Quad is the main food service on campus, offering great food, with lots of selection and healthy choices. It's also home to everyone's favorite spot for coffee, Starbucks.
  • Health Sciences Building
The Health Sciences building features state-of-the-art simulation laboratories and instructional spaces to support advanced, hands-on learning for programs in our Health Sciences division.
  • SET Building
Slated to open in December 2016, the Science, Engineering and Technology building will feature flexible classroom spaces, research laboratories, group study areas, a rooftop observation area, learning commons, greenhouse, and much more.
  • In itself a work of art, the beautiful Horowitz Center is home to our music, dance, theatre and visual arts programs, as well as Smith Theatre, Studio Theatre, Monteabaro Recital Hall and two art galleries.
  • Duncan Hall
Duncan Hall contains our English, language and business programs, as well as our Center for Entrepreneurial Business Excellence, computer labs, and ample study space for individuals and groups.
  • Student studying in library
The Clark Library is outfitted with group study room, viewing rooms, computer labs, quiet zones, and seating areas for comfortable reading.
  • Teaching in the Dell
The Dell is a great place to relax during class breaks, enjoy an outdoor production on Dryer Stage, or observe campus wildlife.
