An associate degree may be just the credential you need to lead to immediate employment in a career or technical field -- or to continue your education. Depending on the program, HCC offers Associate of Arts (A.A.) degrees, Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degrees, Associate of Arts in Teaching (A.A.T.) degrees and Associate of Science in Engineering (A.S.E.) degrees.
You may need professional certification or licensure to enter a new field or to seek advancement in your current career. If you already have a degree, you may wish to take noncredit Continuing Education courses to upgrade your skills or expand your knowledge in a particular area.
