Horowitz Center Galleries
The Rouse Company Foundation Gallery is located in the lobby of the Peter and Elizabeth Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center. The highly visible, glass-fronted gallery is adjacent to the Smith Theatre lobby.
This gallery is devoted to bringing quality exhibits to Howard County that reflect the diverse range of visual art in America and beyond. The gallery staff is motivated to educate, inspire, and elevate the HCC Community with interesting, informative, and provocative shows.
The Richard B. Talkin Family Art Gallery is located on the first floor of the administration building. This Gallery is connected to the lobby of the Horowitz Center by a hallway between the two buildings.
The Richard B. Talkin Family Art Gallery is devoted to exhibiting the artists in the college community; giving our students, alumni, and community artists the experience of organizing and presenting art work done locally. The Gallery will be scheduled in coordination with the director of visual arts and the art faculty when appropriate. Letters of interest from community arts organizations are welcome.
