Table 2 Table: The Bavarian Brauhaus

Table 2 Table: The Bavarian Brauhaus - The Bavarian Brauhaus is known for its authentic German-American cuisine, rooted in culinary traditions that go back generations.  The restaurant -- owned by Max and Sandra Eggerl -- has its own roots in the famous Blob’s Park in Jessup, which was founded by Max’s uncle, Max Blob.  From The Bavarian Brauhaus, we’ll go to the culinary kitchen at Howard Community College, where we’ll learn how to make two of the restaurant’s specialties, Schnitzel and Krepfens, a German donut made with Sauerkraut, apples and bacon.  T2T - Part 1 and T2T - Part 2
