Procurement is located in the Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall, Room RCF-201, 10901 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, MD, 21044.  Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
