Four Steps to Registration

Whether you're new to HCC or returning, it's very important to meet with an advisor. Advisors provide students with valuable information that is critical to academic success and transfer.

2. Choose your classes

Make sure you have all the necessary prerequisites before you register.  If you are uncertain, check with the Office of Admissions and Advising.

3. Register one of three ways

• Online via HCC Express
• Use the Touchtone Telephone system (410-772-4310)
• In person - Office of Records and Registration RCF-233
  (Photo ID is required for in-person registration)

4. Pay your bill

• Online via HCC Express:  Select Students | Credit/Undergraduate; select either "Make a
  Payment Online" or "Payment Options."
• Use the Touchtone Telephone system (410-772-4310)
• In person- Cashier's Office
• Online via the FACTS payment plan
