
How to Apply to Graduate Step 1 Meet with an advisor. Your advisor will review your academic record to determine if you have met your degree program requirements. Step 2 Meet with an academic advisor to complete an Application to Graduate. This form requires an advisor's signature. There is no fee to apply to graduate. Please note: A separate Application to Graduate is required for each degree and/or certificate you plan to receive. Step 3 Notify the Office of Records, Registration & Veterans’ Affairs if you change your address.
