There are a number of ways for students to pay their bills:

• Cash - In person only at the Cashier's Office
• Check or Money Order - Make sure your student ID is included on your payment
• Charge/Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and/or Discover
• Financial Aid for Credit Courses - Grants, loans, and work-study
• Financial Aid for Non-Credit Courses - Limited funding available based on need
• Scholarships - HCC scholarships and others
• Tuition Payment Plan - The college's interest-free tuition payment plan ($25 sign up fee/term)
• Military Tuition Assistance and National Guard Discounts
• Veterans Benefits
• Veterans Deferred Payment Plan
• MyCAA
• Tuition Waivers:
  • Social Security or Railroad Retirement Act Disability Tuition Waiver
  • Senior citizens (can be used for both credit and continuing education) HCC offers a free tuition program for senior citizens residing in Howard County and enrolling in credit and noncredit classes in which course space is available. 
  • DC OneApp Online (DC LEAP, DC Tag, DC Adoption Grant)
  • Tuition waiver for foster care recipients
  • Residency waiver for students relocated due to BRAC
