• Senior Citizen / Retirees / Disability Retirement
  HCC offers a free tuition program for senior citizens residing in Howard County and enrolling in credit and noncredit classes in which course space is available. The program enables all people 60 years of age or older, or who are retired or disabled as defined by the Social Security or Railroad Retirement Acts and who are residents of the State of Maryland, to pursue an associate of arts degree or a certificate of proficiency.

  Tuition is waived for students who are disabled and no longer in the work force as defined by the Social Security or Railroad Retirement Acts, but they are obligated to pay all additional college fees.
