Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Restriction Appeal Information & Form
This form is used to request consideration for reinstatement of financial aid awards by students who have been determined to be on financial aid restriction. Restriction appeals for Summer/Fall 2013 are due by Friday June 14, 2013. Late appeals cannot be considered.
