Howard Community College offers a flexible Tuition payment plan for the summer, fall and winter/spring terms. This plan is administered by an outside company called Nelnet Business Solutions, located in Lincoln, Nebraska. Plan participation fee is $25.00 each semester and students can conveniently enroll into the plan via myHCC (student portal). 

The tuition payment plan offers great benefits by spreading tuition payments over a time period with interest free monthly installments. The enrollment dates and plan duration is different for each semester and can be viewed by reading the brochure.

Nelnet Business Solutions uses direct debits from your bank account (checking/saving) or credit card account (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover) to make monthly payments on your behalf.

Please remember, the earlier you enroll, the more flexibility you will have!
