The federal government implemented significant changes to the 2013-2014 verification process. Beginning June 1st, you can check the required documents needed to complete your 2013-2014 financial aid file by logging into myHCC. Other required documents needed that are not located on the Financial Aid forms webpage must be obtained from federal agencies and/or personal records.

HCC MISCELLANEOUS FORMS
Dependency Override Appeal
(This form is used to request a change in student dependency status.
Appropriate documentation is required. Students must meet with a Financial Aid Counselor during designated counseling hours.)
Request for a Professional Judgment
(This form is used to request that extenuating circumstances not addressed on the students original FAFSA be considered when determining financial aid eligibility for the 2013-2014 academic year. Appropriate documentation is required.)
SATISFACTORY ACADEMIC PROGRESS (SAP)

Financial Aid Academic Plan
