Tuition Payment Plan

Howard Community College offers a flexible Tuition Payment Plan for the summer, fall and winter/spring terms. This plan is administered by Nelnet Business Solutions, a company located in Lincoln, Nebraska. Students can conveniently enroll into the plan with a $25.00 fee each semester. Review these instructions on enrolling in the Payment Plan and read our FAQs.

If you are a new student to HCC you'll need to setup your MyHCC account in order to apply for a payment plan.  If you are a returning student and want to enroll in a new payment plan, log into MyHCC with your username and password.

The tuition payment plan offers great benefits by spreading tuition payments over a period of time with interest free monthly installments. The enrollment dates and plan duration is different for each semester and can be viewed by reading the brochure.

Nelnet Business Solutions uses direct debits from your bank account (checking/saving) or credit card account (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover) to make monthly payments on your behalf. Need Help? Call 1-800-609-8056.
