Diagnostic Medical Sonography:

Applications for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography A.A.S. Degree Program are being accepted now. Due to limited enrollment, preference will be given to applications received by June 15, 2013.

Physical Therapist Assistant:

Applications for the Physical Therapist Assistant A.A.S. Degree Program are being accepted now. For priority consideration, submit applications by June 15, 2013.

Cardiovascular Technology:

Applications for the Cardiovascular Technology Programs are accepted between July 1, 2013 - December 1, 2013. The programs begin in Spring 2014.

Nursing - Application Period: September 15, 2013 - February 15, 2014
Applications for the Traditional Registered Nursing (RN) A.A. Degree Program and the Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Certificate Program for Fall 2014 will be accepted from Monday, September 17, 2012 - Friday, February 15, 2013. Applications will be available in August, 2013.

Accelerated RN - Application Period: September 15, 2013 - January 15, 2014 (December 1, 2013 for Rolling Admission)

Applications for the Accelerated RN Program are accepted between Sept. 15, 2013 - Jan. 15, 2014.

LPN Pathways:

The LPN Pathways application has specific deadlines for each entry term.  Applications for Fall  2013 are due by April 15, 2013.

Radiologic Technology - Application Period: September 15, 2013 - February 15, 2014:

Applications for the Summer 2014 Radiologic Technology Program will be accepted between Monday, September 17, 2012 - Friday, February 15, 2013. Applications will be available in August, 2013.

MMAHEC
Applications for Mid-Maryland Allied Healthcare Education Consortium (MMAHEC) programs are available on the Carroll Community College and Frederick Community College websites during application periods.  Applicants to these programs must meet with an allied health advisor in the Office of Admissions and Advising to submit their application materials.

Nursing Testing Forms

Applicants to the clinical portion of HCC's nursing programs must take a nursing admission assessment as part of the application process.  Applicants to the LPN Pathway program must take the HESI LPN-RN Mobility Exam. The registration form must be submitted with receipt of payment to the Office of Admissions and Advising (RCF-242).
