The James W. Rouse Scholars Program is a selective challenging honors and leadership program designed for transfer to distinguished four-year colleges and universities at the end of the sophomore year.

Silas Craft Collegians:

If your past academic performance doesn't necessarily reflect your true potential, the Silas Craft Collegians Program may be for you. This comprehensive academic program provides a learning community with all the necessary ingredients for success—skills assessment and development, tutoring, advising, peer support, extracurricular experiences, and more. The program prepares students for transfer to four-year colleges.

High School Information Sessions:

The High School Information Session will provide prospective students information regarding Howard Community College and all of our admission programs (James W. Rouse, Silas Craft Collegians Program and Freshman Focus).

All of these session will take place in RCF Student Services Hall, 4th Floor.
