Howard Community College accepts college level credit earned through military training and experience as it applies to the student’s academic program. Students may submit the following military documentation for evaluation; CCAF (The Community College of the Air Force), AARTS (Army transcript), SMART (Navy/Marine Corps transcript).  A student's transcript evaluation will be completed within four weeks of receiving a completed Transcript Evaluation Request Form (online / pdf) and all sealed official transcripts and electronic military transcripts.
