• Minimum number of credits necessary to transfer: 30 (under 30 requires high school record)
• You must have earned at least a 2.5 GPA
• You must complete a foreign language through the 201 level
• If you completed four years of a high school foreign language you are exempt from this requirement
• If you completed two or three years of a high school foreign language, you may want to complete the last one or two courses at HCC to avoid repeating the entire sequence upon transfer
• American Sign Language will meet the foreign language requirement and is recommended for Teacher Education Majors
