Most online courses are conducted in a password-protected Web environment called CE6 (formerly WebCT). Registered students may logon to their CE6 course sites beginning on the first day of the Fall semester, August 23, 2008. To logon, follow the logon instructions at http://ce6.howardcc.edu.
TeleWeb Online Courses
A TeleWeb course is an online course that includes commercially produced telecourse videos. It may also include the telecourse text and student study guide. TeleWeb course activities are conducted online, while the video programs are delivered in a variety of ways:
- Cablecast on HCC-TV, Comcast cable channel 96 and Verizon channel 41, and/or
- Video-streamed from the HCC Library homepage, and/or
- Checkout from the HCC Library, and
- Rental. This rental option is also available by calling RMI Media Productions at 1-800-745-5480 or fax at 1-800-755-6910.
Office Technology Online Courses
Office Technolgy online courses are NOT taught in CE 6. Immediately after enrolling, submit the pre-semester notification form linked in the below list. You will receive specific course instructions the week classes begin.
