EDUC-202 Methods of Teaching Reading in the Secondary Content Areas, Part 1This course is designed specifically for secondary school teachers as it outlines the essentials of the reading process necessary for secondary students to become proficient learners of content. Types of reading, elements of assessment, skills of the reading process, the incorporation of reading instruction into content delivery and the affective aspects of the processes of reading will be examined.
