Alternative Spring Break (ASB) and Alternative Winter Break (AWB) trips provide students the opportunity to travel to different communities and engage in direct service to benefit their host community. ASB and AWB trips strive to promote a life long service ethic by encouraging students to examine their roles in community.

"I have definitely gained a greater appreciation and understanding of how people can support each other, share their lives, and develop lasting friendships."
-ASB Student

Upcoming Alternative Break Trips

A sad-looking dog peers out from behind a wire fence. The text next to him reads "RESCUE ME!" Across the top of the image is a paint stroke reading "2015 Alternative Spring Break."

In 2015, our Alternative Spring Break trip will take students to Nashville, Tennessee, to volunteer with the Nashville Humane Association helping rescued, abandoned and neglected animals.  Click here to learn more about the trip and to view the application!
