Schoenbrodt Honors Scholarship

The Schoenbrodt Honors Scholarship (SHS) is awarded to selected students who are actively taking honors courses toward completion of the honors program and actively pursuing an Associate’s degree at Howard Community College and who have completed a minimum of 36 credits by the application date. Students must be current Schoenbrodt Honors Scholars and in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.2 or better to be considered for this award.

The application includes a short essay (500-600 words) in which the applicant must describe his or her educational and career goals.

The application deadline for this award is August 15^th. The amount of the award varies based on the number of awardees each academic year. This award will be divided between the fall and spring semesters.
