BS Secondary Mathematics Education, University of Maryland, College Park
M Ed University of Maryland, College Park

Teaching Experience:
8 years in the Howard County Public School System part time at Montgomery College and HCC full time at Howard Community College since 1995

My Story: I majored in Mathematics Education. I was inspired by my elementary school teachers and early on developed a love of numbers, problem solving, and logic. I was fascinated by the beauty of mathematics and its applications in all aspects of life. As I progressed in school, I realized that my passion for math needed to be shared with others so I became a teacher!
