I have been teaching Developmental Mathematics at Howard Community College since 1997.  In 2004, in addition to teaching, I began tutoring Math in the Learning Assistance Center (LAC).  In 2005 I became the liaison between the Math Division and the Academic Support Services, also the LAC Math Specialist, training the Math tutors in the LAC.  In 2006, I added the responsibility of scheduling the labs in the Math Division and hiring and supervising student aides.

 I participate as a member of the HCC Developmental Education Committee, the Developmental Education Association of Maryland and the Tutoring Association of Maryland.
