Welcome to the Literature website.  We have designed this website in order to provide you with easily accessed information, models and links shared by other faculty in order to support your teaching in our literature courses.  All of the documents are clickable word documens that you can download, alter and print.  We are also including links to the Bedford Handbook, the HCC Muse Literary Magazine, the Library and Turinitin.com.  You will be able to find links to portfolio grading and a grading rubric from the composition welcome page.  If you are new to teaching Literature at Howard Community College, please start by looking at the description and objectives for your course.  You might also want to check out sample syllabi and assignments.  Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions about the program, courses or the website.
