Chloé ou Les aventures d'une Parisienne est une histoire passionnante en neuf épisodes. L'action se passe à Paris. Le son et le texte de l'histoire, le vocabulaire ainsi que les activités variées ont été publiés sur Internet. La langue utilisée est simple et il y a des listes de vocabulaire en danois, norvégien, suédois, finlandais, anglais et néerlandais. Aucun épisode ne dépasse dix minutes.
La série s'adresse aux jeunes aussi bien qu'aux adultes ayant étudié le français pendant environ trois ans. Les dialogues ont été enregistrés en France avec des comédiens français.
