Mentors: New adjunct faculty will have a mentor.  That individual is an experienced faculty member and is there to assist the new instructor and answer questions. 

Class visitations:  A full-time faculty member will visit your class the first semester you teach to provide feedback and answer questions.  He/she will complete a visitation form and will meet with you to discuss observations.  Please take this visits in the spirit they are intended; they are not meant to be evaluations; rather, they are opportunities to discuss strategies and clarify curriculum.
