Sarah Saxer joined the full-time English/ World Languages faculty in 2007, after teaching ESL as an adjunct at HCC for 5 years. Her previous teaching experience includes two years at the intensive English program at the University of Illinois and ESL faculty positions in Korea and Mexico. Sarah was also able to complete part of her MA program abroad at the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain.
Sarah is involved in the efforts at HCC to internationalize the curriculum, and serves on the English placement team. She is also a Step UP coach.
