
Associate Professor of English, Literature Coordinator, and Director of The Schoenbrodt Honors Program
Office: DH - 243 Ryna May has been teaching at Howard Community College in the English/World Languages Division as an adjunct since 2000 and joined the faculty full-time in the Fall 2006 semester. Ryna was once a student at HCC and went on to earn her BA in English Literature as a Wilson Scholar from the University of Baltimore and her MA from the University of Maryland at College Park. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Education from Morgan State University. At HCC, Ryna serves as coordinator of the literature program, as a co-editor of The Muse, the advisor to Club Ambition, and as Director of the Frederick K. Schoenbrodt Honors Program.
