William Lowe has been a full-time faculty member since 2002 in the English and World Languages Division.  He teaches developmental and ESL writing courses, composition, and literature and recently helped develop a new course in Latin American literature.  In addition, William coordinates English tutoring in the Composition and Literature Center and is editor-in-chief of The Muse, the literary and arts magazine of Howard Community College
