
Howard Community College has partnered with Microsoft and the state of Maryland to provide vouchers to take Microsoft Office 2007 certification exams. Microsoft is committed to strengthening the U.S. economy and increasing global competitiveness by improving access to education and workforce-readiness skills required for twenty-first-century jobs. To support this commitment, Elevate America was launched, an initiative designed to provide vouchers for select Microsoft Certification exams to recipients. Through Elevate America, Microsoft is providing vouchers for access to select Microsoft Certification exams as part of our overall effort to help train 2 million people over the next three years. Vouchers are available for any resident of the state of Maryland, except for state employees.
