 - Blend fats to a homogenous mixture
- Add peanut butter blend to a homogenous mixture
- Add salt and sugar beat until fluffy
- Add eggs in increments, scrape between additions
- Add sifted dry ingredients, just to incorporate
Optional - After portioning use a wet fork to make light indentations to garnish
- Lightly brush with egg whites to create a shine
- Cashew or almond butter can be substituted for the peanut butter
