Jordan's Steakhouse International Internship

Every summer semester students from the Hospitality and Culinary Management program are selected for a 10-week International Internship program in the beautiful town of Athlone, Ireland. Athlone is located approximately 2 hours
west of Dublin in the center of Ireland. It is a thriving town on the banks of the River Shannon and an ideal destination for a holiday, weekend break or business trip. The town offers extensive choices in quality accommodations, restaurants, shops, pubs, sport & leisure activities and entertainment.

AIT LogoHCC has partnered with Athlone Institute of Technology, one of the leading universities in Ireland and has also established a partnership with Hodson Bay Hotel in Athlone. These partnerships allow HCC students to get real world hands-on work experience in a different country and environment.

Internship details:
Housing: Housing and meals are provided by Hodson Bay Hotel at no cost to students

Airfare: Airfare to all students is provided by HCC through the sponsorship provided by Jordan’s Steakhouse which is located in Ellicott City, MD. We are extremely thankful to Jordan and Yvette Naftal for their generous contribution towards this program.

Remuneration: All selected students will be paid 750 euros/ month during their internship period
