International Council on Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Education (I-Chrie)
The International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education is the global advocate of hospitality and tourism education for schools, colleges, and universities offering programs in hotel and restaurant management, foodservice management and culinary arts.

Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM)
The Restaurant Association of Maryland is the state trade association operated for the purpose of promoting, protecting and improving the foodservice industry.

Maryland Hotel and Lodging Association (MHLA)
The Maryland Hotel & Lodging Association (MH&LA) is the only statewide organization providing services geared specifically for Maryland's lodging industry.  

Performance Food Group, Carroll County Foods (PFG)
PFG distributes a broad array of more than 68,000 national and proprietary brand food and related products such as baked goods, seafood, USDA meats, condiments and cleaning supplies.  Customers can also receive advice on menu development, product selection and operational strategies.
