Certificates of Proficiency provide opportunity for students to acquire knowledge needed in the field of study without pursuing all of the general education courses that are required for an associates degree.

Within the Cilinary Program, there are 2 Certificates available. Each of them is directed toward a particular area of the hospitality industry and will provide students with industry knowledge in each area.
