Professional Information:

Professor Malloy joined HCC in fall 2010 from University of Maryland University College where she served as the Chair of the undergraduate tax courses.  She recently sold her CPA practice to teach college full time.  While in public practice, Professor Malloy specialized in tax services to individuals, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and non-profit organizations. Before entering public practice, Professor Malloy was the technical advisor to the Deputy Assistant Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service in Washington D.C.   

Education and Certifications:

•  M.S. in Taxation, University of Baltimore, where she graduated with honors; B.S. in Accounting, University of Massachusetts; A.A., Cape Cod Community College; 
• Member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Maryland Association of CPA's.
