I believe that the opportunity to teach and train allows me to touch many people's lives in a way that will help them to have the future that they aspire to. I have many years of business experience in both entrepreneurial and larger corporate settings. In addition to my work at HCC, I have my own business coaching practice and so have the firsthand learning experiences of an entrepreneur to share with students.

Background:
Betty serves HCC in two roles - as professor and Director for the Center of Entrepreneurial and Business Excellence (CEBE) at HCC.  She enjoys teaching and seeing others progress to their  full potential.  She has specific focus and experience in the areas of coaching, team building, issue analysis, mediation, strategic planning, training, business continuity planning, and technology risk assessment.

Betty has over 20 years of operational, consulting and management experience in financial services, technology and healthcare. She is an avid marathon runner and competitive athlete.
